Hitile Debuts New Fine Pixel Pitch Displays for Rental Market

Hitile, an LED display maker based in Shenzhen, China, held the New Product Launching Event Conference of third quarter in October. At this product introduction conference, Hitile has debuted an improved TD LED Display, its D2 Display, which features the pixel pitch of P2.976mm, and it was also unveiled a newly launched pixel pitch to provide a third choice among P1.9-P3 in pixel pitch ranging from 1.9mm to 3.0mm.

Now the TD2 LED Displays come in four choices of pixel pitch including PH1.923mm, PH2.5mm, PH2.976mm, and PH3mm. The company says that the TD2 LED Display series can operate as part of a stage performance, exhibition, or broadcast situation. Also, the company points out that the PH3.9mm can be used in semi-outdoor and outdoor rental screen events. Furthermore, Hitile says its R&D department has made performance enhancements for the TD LED Display.

The one improvement that has attracted numerous viewers is the TD model with the all-black face. According to Hitile, this upgraded TD fine pixel pitch outdoor rental solution now employs all-black LED lamp packages. This black packaging translates to an all-black-faced display with a super high contrast ratio at 8000:1.

Hitile says that offering fine pixel pitch displays for the rental market poses several challenges. First, compared with conventional rental solutions, fine-pitch LED display are usually considered more fragile. Second, the rental market extends to a broader range of potential applications. Finally, the applications demand a temporary assembly and often occur in an unpredictable actual external environment.

Hitile Improves Installation and Transport

Hitile made several other improvements to make installation and transport less complicated and more convenient.

The company notes that traditional curved screens are constructed with an only curved panel or equipped with connectors.
Both of these curved screen options result can make installation inefficient, and can complicate operation.

Hitile says it TD LED video Display employs an integrated, curvable latch system to solve this problem. So, only one kind of panel can support both flat and curved assembly without requiring any tool, curving block, or connector.

Also, the company has improved its user-friendliness with the released of accessories to match with TD LED Display including an upgraded mounting frame and rigging frame that supports flat and curved assembly, as well as a touring cart. The company claims that both lower the cost of transportation and packaging the screens and simplify screen assembly.

The company also says that Europe has been the most thriving market in cultural screen applications such as concerts, sports events, exhibitions, conferences, and other events. The European market is where the company intends its new products to make the biggest impact.
