Digital Projection International of Atlanta, Georgia USA, a manufacturer of high-performance display solutions, added the Radiance LED, customizable fine-pitch LED video walls to their line of products. The company plans to offer systems with pixel-pitch resolutions of 1.5mm, 1.9mm, and 2.5mm. According to Digital Projection, the Radiance LED video walls can create completely seamless, vivid, and bright imagery in indoor venues requiring high visual impact. The company claims that the modular design can give visual arrays nearly limitless options for size, shape, and resolution.

Each Radiance LED chassis features a native 16:9 aspect ratio. At 62mm (2.45 inches) in depth, the modules can combine into large walls with a full HD 1080p display starting at 137 inches (about 11.4 feet diagonal) and Ultra-HD 4K at 275 inches (about 22.9 feet diagonal). A broad dynamic range and high color bit-depth give the fine-pitch displays bright and vivid images, Digital Projection says.
160 Degree Viewing Angle and Front-Service Accessible
The display modules offer a 160-degree viewing angle. The company also points out that the Radiance LED walls are rated for 24/7 operation, and they allow configuring with power and signal redundancy for mission critical applications.
In addition to delivering image performance, the Radiance LED product line boasts a design that is friendly for both installation and service. The panels are each front-service accessible, giving them a slim installation profile and allowing convenient maintenance. Furthermore, the front-service-accessible design allows service of any panel within the display without disrupting the alignment of any other panel.
The company’s Concierge Service reportedly supports every Radiance LED deployment and gives customers assistance from their initial concept and engineering assessment to their final installation and calibration.
Digital Projection plans to begin shipping its fine-pitch LED wall products in Q2 this year. The company will formally launch the Radiance LED product at InfoComm 2017 in Orlando, Florida (booth 3443).
